The Springs is a site based on adventure. Activities that you’ll enjoy at The Springs include Carrying the Cross – literally. Each village takes turns carrying the 10’ cross for a day, reminding us to keep Christ at the center of our lives. Make new friends while you play Biffer & Medic, play Gaga, swim, boat, shoot archery, learn outdoor education; high ropes adventure at the Commitment Trail; and camper planned and led worship. Campers will also get to build and play a drum with guest musician, Michael Fitzsimmons.

Housing

At The Springs, you’ll stay in a cabin with other campers your age and a counselor.

Night Camp - Week 3, June 18-23, 2017

Campers will get to stay up until 2:00 a.m. to discover everything God’s creation has to offer after dark (they’ll get to sleep in to make sure they get plenty of rest!). In addition to normal camp activities, campers will do glow zip-lining at dusk, night fishing, stargazing, night hiking, glow activities, and reflective geocaching. Campers will sleep in Springs cabins.

Adventure Camp -  Week 5, July 5-7, 2017

Spend a mini week challenging yourself on the Commitment ropes course at Carol Joy Holling. Campers will spend a day off-site, ziplining at Mt. Crescent Ski Area and camping out at a local state park. Campers will end their week experiencing aerial archery. This experience will physically challenge you, provide opportunities to build relationships and develop your faith.
